Operational discipline, applied to infrastructure

Before data centers I spent 14 years as a warehouse operator — picking, moving pallets, managing stock: physical, methodical, hands-on work where accuracy and reliability matter every shift.

That foundation now carries into practical data center work: cabling, hardware replacement, live monitoring, and deeper networking study toward CCNA.

Useful from day one on the data center floor

A short hiring-manager view of the work I can support without dressing it up.

Rack and cable work

Rack and stack servers or network equipment, patch fiber and copper, follow structured cabling standards, and document asset changes.

Hardware break-fix

Support RAM, GPU, and PSU replacements, Cisco switch PSU swaps, firewall reboots, and other smart-hands tasks in live environments.

Monitoring and escalation

Work from Zabbix, Nagios, and Jira signals, escalate incidents clearly, follow procedures, and keep shift handovers practical.
